Pop-up Workshop Registration Information and Policies:

(Lovin' the Crafternoon (LTC))

Registration Information:
Individuals over the age of 21 may register for classes unless otherwise noted.
Classes offered for children require a parent to enroll in the class with them, with a maximum of 2 children per parent.  A parent is required to remain with their child/children for the duration of the class.
Online registration for classes are available up to 3 days prior to the first day of class at Brush and Hammer Studio.
Registration is taken in the order received.  Class sizes are limited, and waiting lists are made for classes that fill.
Full payment must accompany registration.

Cancellation Policy:
LTC reserve the right to cancel, combine, or re-schedule classes to adjust for enrollment.

Withdrawal and refund policy:
A $20 withdrawal fee will be charged per class or workshop.  Notice of withdrawal must be made in writing and received at least 3 days prior to a workshop.  Refunds will not be given to withdrawals made after that time.  Non-attendance to class or verbal communications are not considered an official notice of withdrawal.  Refunds or credits for classes are not given for illness, personal conflict, or other reasons.  The schedules do not allow for students to make up missed classes or workshops

Studio Policies:
Only currently enrolled students may attend classes or workshops
LTC reserve the right to refuse continued enrollment to students who may disrupt others’ ability to maximize their participation in the class
LTC does not allow pets or firearms in the studio.

Accessibility:
LTC workshops and classes are hosted by different locations, and some of them are wheelchair accessible.  Some classes are offered in the second floor studio of Brush and Hammer, which is not wheelchair accessible at this time.

Weather Policy:
We will have class unless there is adequate snowfall or ice to make hazardous conditions for faculty and students.  For cancellations, please check the website pop-up workshop page.

Release:  I hereby  agree to indemnify and hold harmless LTC, the location of the class, and its owners and staff against any and all claims for personal injuries or damages of any kind arising from participation in LTC’s pop-up workshops.  Further, I authorize LTC, owners and studio/location staff to seek emergency medical help in the event that this becomes necessary.  I understand that every effort will be made by LTC, owners and studio/location staff to contact the emergency contact person in the event of a medical emergency, and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless said personnel in seeking medical care for me or my child.  I also agree that LTC may use my or my child’s photograph in program promotion materials. 

Receipt of Policies: I agree that I have received and read the Registration Policies and Procedures thoroughly.  I understand that these policies are subject to change.
